Blalock Becomes Face of Atlanta Symphony

It’s rare when any offensive lineman becomes “the face” of anything other than hard-nosed, tough football. After all, they’re called “big uglies” for a reason.

But offensive guard Justin Blalock is the new face of the Atlanta Symphony, and it looks like he’s fitting in rather nicely. Blalock grew up around music and recognizes its importance in the development of children, which is why he’s partnered up with the Atlanta Symphony to raise money to support music in education.

Blalock is asking for donations of $5 to provide music lessons for children, and all donations will be matched by an anonymous donor this week. All donors will also be entered to win a trip to New York City to see the Atlanta Symphony play Carnegie Hall on Oct. 27.
