When did you ever think running back Michael Turner would have more yards receiving than rushing?

Well, it’s happened. Turner got involved in the passing game quite a bit — well, at least by his standards — during Thursday’s preseason game against the Bengals at the Georgia Dome.

Turner caught three passes for 14 yards out of the backfield, yet rushed three times for minus-3 yards in his extremely limited time on the field Thursday.

We could be looking at a new trend.
