NFL.com and ESPN.com are unanimous: The Falcons are the (second) best team in all the land.
Releasing their power rankings Tuesday, the two entities each have the Falcons at No. 2 of 32 teams, sitting behind the Houston Texans.
The Falcons are one of three teams — along with Houston and the Arizona Cardinals — as the only remaining undefeated teams, all at 3-0. The Falcons face the 1-2 Panthers at the Georgia Dome on Sunday.
