Wide receiver Julio Jones returned to full participation at practice, as noted on Wednesday’s Piedmont Healthcare Injury Report, after suffering a hand laceration during a Week 3 matchup against San Diego.

Speaking to the media Thursday, Jones said he doesn’t see anything holding him back right now.

“Oh, yeah. I’m fine,” Jones said. “I’m ready to go.”

Jones didn’t see much in the statline of Sunday’s game, finishing with just one reception for 30 yards, but he said it didn’t have anything to do with the injury.

“The Carolina game, they tried to double me and Tony (Gonzalez) throughout the whole game,” Jones said. “Roddy (White) and Harry (Douglas) had the one-on-one matchups and you saw Roddy made numerous big plays, basically winning us the game. Matt (Ryan) was finding those one-on-one matchups.”
